Refund policy

FREIGHT
I noticed it offers FREE SHIPPING to NZ & USA.
Could you please amend so they cover the standard shipping costs same as all OS countries.

At our gallery, we take great care to ensure every artwork is accurately represented, professionally packaged, and delivered in excellent condition.
As each artwork is an original or limited-edition piece, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for:
        ●       Change of mind
        ●       Incorrect choice
        ●       Change in personal taste or décor
        ●       Moving house or renovations
        ●       Any other circumstance unrelated to damage or a fault

Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email and provide:
        ●       Your proof of purchase;
        ●       Clear photographs of the damaged artwork;
        ●       Photographs of the packaging, including any external damage.

Once the damage has been assessed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair, replacement (where possible), or a refund.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been finalised, as it may be required by the freight carrier.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the artwork has a major fault or is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian law.
