The Purchaser must return their painting or product(s) within 30 days of purchase. There is no flexibility on returns beyond 30 days and the Purchaser is ineligible for a refund or exchange beyond this point.
Within 30 days of purchase, the Purchaser is only eligible for a return or exchange if the item is unused and/or undamaged. Paintings must be in the same condition in which received. Paintings damaged due to mail carriers may not be eligible for refund. Mark Lobert is not responsible for shipping insurance.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. This receipt does not entitle the Purchaser to a 100% refund in all cases, such as where shipping costs or insurance is included in price.
II. Refunds (if applicable)
The Purchaser will be notified via email on the status of approval or rejection of refund after inspection of the returned item. Commissioned paintings do not qualify for refunds. Stocked items (those available for purchase on marklobertgallery.com) may be approved for refund based on the terms below and the discretion of Mark Lobert.
For items being returned via mail, the Purchaser will be notified via email when the returned product has arrived. Refunds will not include shipping costs in these situations. Refund may be rejected if item arrives damaged after transit.
It will take approximately ten business days to approve or deny refund after receiving a returned item. If an item has been approved for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or by original method of payment). This process time may be influenced or extended due to to bank accessibility, time in transit, and/or forces of nature.
III. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after ten business days from your refund approval, first check with your bank to see the transfer status. Your bank or credit card company may take some time before posting the official status of your refund. The money transfer policies and processing times of banks and credit unions will vary, and are not within the domain or control of Mark Lobert.
If your refund has not been posted after fifteen days and your bank/credit union cannot offer you transaction details, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
IV. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to discuss an exchange, send an email to email@example.com with explaination for your return, and pictures of the damage when applicable. Exchange cases are at the discretion of Mark Lobert. In certain cases, (such as charity events, auctions, festivals or preferred customers) exchanges can be made if items are damaged in transit or during delivery. You can send your item for exchange to the following address: Warehouse 16, 2-8 Gray Street, Kilkenny, SA 5009
V. Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original delivery shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (including packaging) for returning your item. Items received damaged due to careless or inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refund. To return your item, send packages to: Warehouse 16, 2-8 Gray Street, Kilkenny, SA 5009
Transit times will vary depending on your location, your shipping method, and delivery service. Processing your return cannot start until item has been received by Mark Lobert or a Mark Lobert associate/representative.
